7in7 Challenge
Published 26 April 2021. Written by Chris Worfolk.
Slavery is often seen as something we abolished a long time ago. But it is happening right now. There are an estimated 40 million victims of modern slavery worldwide including forced labour, forced marriage, and sexual exploitation.
Sexual and criminal exploitation increased dramatically during the pandemic. We can change this.
Between 26 April and 2 May 2021, I completed seven self-supported standard distance triathlons in seven days in support of Unseen to help them combat modern slavery and human trafficing (registered charity number 1127620).
